Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return if the item is incorrect or defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 working days of us receiving the item. Please not for defective items these will firstly be inspected and we will contact you when we have initiated the refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Delivery
For all UK orders over £6.00 we offer free 1st class delivery (Royal Mail). Orders placed Monday-Friday by 4pm will be dispatched same day. In the rare occurrence that your order has not been dispatched within our given time frame you will be contacted via E-mail.
This will generally arrive within 1-2 working days however please allow up to 7 days for the item to arrive in case of delay. If 7 days have passed since you have placed the order please do Contact Us either by phone or using the form.

When will my goods be dispatched?
- Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
- Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday(excl. bank holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excl. bank holidays).
